Return Policy

After delivery, purchased products generally cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in cases where the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase under mandatory provisions of applicable consumer protection laws.

Return Request Information

Your return request should include the following information:

  • Last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Username, if applicable
  • Product name
  • Product code
  • Product quantity
  • Proof of payment
  • Reason for requesting the return or withdrawal from the purchase

In our response, we will provide you with the necessary information regarding your request, including whether your return request has been accepted and, if applicable, the address to which the product should be sent.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received the returned item.

We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.

Conditions for Returns

Before submitting a return request, please make sure that:

  • The product has not been used;
  • The product has not been damaged;
  • The product is in the same condition in which you received it;
  • The product is returned in its original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet all applicable return conditions.

If you submit a request to return a product that has already been delivered to you, you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product to the address specified by Respect for Heritage, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds for returned products are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected at the designated return location.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, the refund will generally be processed using the same payment method originally used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

After we confirm the refund by email, the funds should normally become available within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that actual processing times may vary depending on the financial institution or payment service used.

Claims for Damage During Transport

Our products are carefully and securely packaged to reduce the risk of damage during transport.

Upon delivery, please inspect your package and products carefully to ensure that they have not been damaged during shipping.

Any damage caused during transport should be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Photos of the packaging;
  • Photos clearly showing the damaged product;
  • The date and time of delivery;
  • Your order number or retail invoice number;

After receiving the necessary information, we will review your claim and, where appropriate, coordinate with the delivery company to document and investigate the damage.

Once the damage claim has been properly documented, we will process the claim as soon as reasonably possible and inform you of the next steps.
