Right to Refuse Service
Respect for Heritage reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that are inactive, unconfirmed, fraudulent, in violation of these Terms, or otherwise deemed inappropriate.
Respect for Heritage also reserves the right to refuse service to any person, for any lawful reason, at any time.

The selection, organization, arrangement, and compilation of the Content on the Site (the “Compilation”) is owned by Respect for Heritage or its licensors.
All software used in connection with the Site is the property of Respect for Heritage or its software suppliers and licensors.
The Content, Compilation, software, trademarks, logos, trade names, and other intellectual property available through the Site are protected by applicable national and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not use, reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, display, transmit, or otherwise exploit any intellectual property belonging to Respect for Heritage without prior written consent.

You may not use the trademarks, logos, trade names, or service marks of Respect for Heritage in any manner that disparages, damages, or discredits Respect for Heritage.
You may not use any trademarks, logos, or service marks belonging to Respect for Heritage in meta tags, hidden text, keywords, or other website metadata without prior written permission.
Order Acceptance
Please note that there may be circumstances in which Respect for Heritage is unable to accept or fulfill an order.
Respect for Heritage reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order, in whole or in part, where permitted by applicable law.
Situations that may result in an order being refused or cancelled include, but are not limited to:
- Limited or unavailable product quantities;
- Products being out of stock;
- Errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions, availability, or pricing;
- Technical or system errors;
- Problems with payment authorization;
- Suspected fraudulent activity;
- Issues identified through fraud prevention or security procedures;
- Incorrect or incomplete customer information.
Respect for Heritage may require additional information or verification before accepting or processing an order.
If all or part of your order is cancelled, or if additional information is required, we will attempt to contact you using the contact information provided when placing the order.
If payment has already been successfully processed for an order that is subsequently cancelled, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy and applicable law.
Pricing and Typographical Errors
Respect for Heritage makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, availability, and other information displayed on the Site are accurate and up to date.
However, errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occasionally occur.
If a product is listed with an incorrect price or incorrect information due to a typographical, technical, pricing, or other error, Respect for Heritage reserves the right, subject to applicable consumer protection laws, to refuse or cancel an order placed for that product.
Where appropriate, Respect for Heritage may contact you to inform you of the error and provide you with the opportunity to confirm the order at the correct price.
Alternatively, the order may be cancelled and you will be notified accordingly.
If payment has already been processed and the order is cancelled due to such an error, the applicable amount will be refunded in accordance with the applicable payment and refund procedures.
